                      Watermelon cocktail INGREDIENTS: 2 kg watermelon 
   1/2 lemon 
   1 lime
   1 spoons honey 
   250 ml mineral water


                      HOW TO DO IT ?

     Watermelon peel the skin, clean the seed and cut into cubes. We put in the blender,              add lemon juice, lime and honey, mix it all together. At the end, add water and mix it             again. We put in the fridge to cool.




           Cheesecake with strawberries:

 INGREDIENTS:
 20 grams of biscuits
 tablespoon butter
 about 5 tablespoons water
 On the cheese :
12.5 g gelatin
45 grams of processed cheese
 40 grams of strawberry yogurt
20 grams of strawberries

 To decoration:
strawberries
                                     HOW TO DO IT?       
 The form with a diameter of 20 cm baking paper . Biscuit , break in the blender and mix with melted butter in the water . Mass to pass the springform pan and knead a spoon . Let stand for a while in the fridge . Wash strawberries and cut into cubes . Gelatin, pour a little cold water , let stand for 10 minutes to swollen . Split into two parts , and separately dissolve . One part of the dissolved gelatin mix with vanilla cream cheese and half the chopped strawberries. Expound on the bottom of the cooled and set aside in the fridge. The second part of the dissolved gelatin mix of strawberry yogurt and the rest of the chopped strawberries. Turn it out on a lightly defined settable layer of cheese and then put in the fridge to cake well tensed . Ready cheesecake decorate with strawberries .



            

                          WAFFLES:

  INGREDIENTS:      3 cups flour
      2 cups milk
      3 teaspoons sugar
      2 teaspoons baking powder
      2 tablespoons butter / margarine
      2 eggs


                      HOW TO DO IT?
 
       Pour the milk into the pot and pour in flour. Mix. Then add eggs, sugar, baking powder pinch of salt       and mix everything. Then melt the butter or margarine and mix. This cake can now pour into waffle       maker.

                   CHOCOLATE  SOUP

       INGREDIENTS:
   
         1. Milk- 1L
         2. 2 Bars of chocolate
         3. 2 Egg yolks
         4. Sugar- spoon
         5. Raisins
         6. Almonds

                              HOW TO DO IT?

   
 First, heat slowly one litre of milk and two bars of chocolate. Remember to mix it properly. In the      meanwhile, prepare gogl-mogl (mixtwo egg yolks with some sugar). When it's ready, add it to the      mixture of chocolate and milk. Stir everything to get plain substance. Leave the soup in the cool          place. After 20 minutes add raisins and almonds.

     DOUGHNATS WITH ROSE MARMALADE! 
 
     
    INGREDIENTS:
        VANILLA SUGAR- ONE POCKET
        WHEAT FLOUR
        MILK HALF OF GLASS
        YEAST- 80g
        SUGAR-TWO SPOONS
        7 EGGS YOLKS
        SALT- A PINCH
        VINEGAR OR SPIRIT- ONE SPOONS
        SOUR CREAM- ONE GLASS
        ROSE MARMALADE
     


         
                     9 STEPS TO PREPARE IT:
   
 
1.Dough: Sift flour to the bowl.
        2.Heat milk add yeast and one teaspoon of sugar. Leave it to grow for some time.
        3.After 30 minutes pour it to flour, next add the rest of sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks, sour cream,             salt and spirit.
        4.Make dough, and then sprinkle it with flour. Remember to cover the dough with a clout leave             it in a warm place for 40 minutes.
        5.Doughnats: heat oil in the pan.
        6.Create 24 balls from the dough. In the middle, put a teaspoons of rose marmolade.
        7,Cover the marmolade with a dough and put on the clout. leave the doughnats for some time
        8,Put the doughnats into hot oli and fry for about 4 minutes
        9,Remember to decorate doughnats with some icing when they are hot.You also can sprinkle                 them with powdered sugar when they are cold.

                 a delicious cake with semolina and strawberries!
 
  ingredients:   semolina- one full glass
     milk- 1L
     butter- three spoons
     powdered sugar- 1 glass
     biscuits- one full box
     strawberries- o,5 KG
     strawberry jelly- one packetsd

      
                                HOW TO DO IT? Take a baking tray and put some bakery paperon it. Then, put a layer of biscuits on the paper. Boil milk and add a glass of semolina, 3/4 glass of powdered sugar and butter. Boil everything till the mixture will be dense. Then, pour it, on biscuits. Remember that the mixture must be hot! On the paper layer of our cake lay biscuits.

                                 
  NOW IT'S TIME FOR JELLY ! 
Melt strawberry jelly in 200ml of  hot water. Wait until it will be lukewarm. Now, blend the strawberries. Add powered sugar, jelly and mix everything. Put the mixture on the top of our cake. Leave the cake in the fridge for 30 minutes.
